The parking contractors bear several responsibilities in this arrangement, including ensuring the safety and security of parked vehicles. In cases of theft or damage to vehicles, the contractors are responsible for providing compensation.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) oversees the seamless operation of these parking facilities and ensures that the parking contractors adhere to the terms and provisions outlined in their contracts.
